Description
Contract is for the purpose of providing patrol services for I-94 in Racine and Kenosha Counties. The expiration date of the contract with Don's Towing Services in February 2006. Don's Towing won the contract through a bidding process. The patrol service provides expeditious relocation of disabled and crashed vehicles, and small non-hazardous debris, from highways or freeways. The goal is reducing crashes, traffic delays, and congestion.
